Will my Wife and son get visa on arrival or do i need to take out their visa in advance?

My wife is working currently in a reputed company in DUBAI. Her designation on the Dubai visa is "ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISOR". She is also the sponsor of my son visa in dubai. Can they both enter to qatar and will get the visa on arrival, they want to visit me for one week. OR do i need to take out their visit visa in advance. I still dont have my RP with me.

I am not sure but, yes i think so.Every person who has Managerial Visa or even the visa of Accountnat can get on Arrival visa.

I am also doutful about the she has a supervisor visa,it might creat problems for on Arrival Visa.
