Will I be allowed back in the country?
My job has finished. Former employer is giving me a no objection letter and a flight back to my country. But I won't actually fly until the end of July.
Until then I would like to be able to travel out of the country to the Emirates or another Gulf country for job interviews. However my employer stated if I left before the flight that my former company has purchased for me, I will not be allowed to re-enter the country. Is this true?
How could this be true if I have a no-objection certificate? Secondly, if this is true, can I return on a tourist visa to gather my belongings? (I am American) Thanks for any answers.
Dude..none of the above apply to american... you can go back to the state and get a 10 years qatari visa or simply you will get an tourist visa at the airport
i dont think it should be a problem if your former employer is ready to give a exit permit and ur residence visa is still valid.
