Is there some time limit for transfering wife's RP from her father's name to my name? It has been 5 months since my marriage & my wifes RP is still on her father's name. Can we travel out of Qatar in this condition with out any trouble? I have a completely attested marriage certificate to prove authentication of my mariage. Please advice
