I saw the people who

1. having less salary (less than their minimum requirement)..

2. who's having technician visa

3. who does'nt have even house contract

4. who does'nt have electric bil .... etc...

How they all got family visa's .. ..

It makes me to doubt that .... some think going wrong....even u can find some agents..they will get visa for QR .......

Anyone actually got their visa approved after this so called waste of time effing interview? I doubt it...just like shettyps said, they waste our time by calling us for interviews where they just sit there like dummies and dont even ask any proper questions nor do they listen to your explanations, its only inshallah inshallah check on website after 3 days. Seriously WTF? They are a bloody joke, and their damn visa system is a bigger EFFING joke! Grrrr

Listen my experience in Labor dept... I am diploma engr and working as manager for Italian comp..my contract shows 15.6K basic salary ( every month company transfered more than 25k including OT)+ house and trans by the company.. .by mistake my comp provided me with technicians visa.. I have house contract , 2 yrs bank statement with 200k balance ..I have electric bill ..marrg cert attstd.. everything I have..still they rejected my family visa....they called me for interview..I went with all the original documents..they didn't asked anything ..just verbally asked about basic salary ..told me to check in website...again rejected... I really hate this type of system....IF they are not asking anything in the interview why they are calling us for interview...???? ..Good luck to you

ask for an appointment at labor department...

My husband's application for me was rejected twice...and we keep on trying to talk to the labor captains thru appointment and we got approved on the 3rd attempt...

Hope you'll have it too!
