which need first to be done if you are under company sponsor and wants to transfer in husband sponsor?

1.) need to apply first for husband sponsorship before cancellation of your company sponsorship?

or

2.) need to cancel first the company visa then u can apply for husband sponsorship?

or

3.) the wife will request noc to transfer the company sponsor to husband sponsor and if the husband sponsorship will not approve by labour you are still under company sponsor?

which one is correct and best thing to do...

please help anyone who has a knowledge regarding this issue...

hi adnin..thank you..your correct thats y im asking because i cannot get an advise personally to all people with different nationality. Only here in qatarliving i can get advice or opinion without limit.

hello mathy and chevy,

the problem is we just want to try our luck because my husband salary is around 5000 riyals. thats y im asking different options if it is approved or not because i dont want to go in the Philippines and wait for the husband sponsorship to be approved.

kabayan, you know some other options? or you know someone who approved in the labor after the interview with captain. even their salary is below the salary required? i heard some like that but im not sure if they are telling the truth.. can you share with me your experience of process and requirements in applying for husband visa??

Please help...thank you

follow mathy's instruction if your company will provide you NOC and supports your change of sponsorship.

But if not...you must take the risk...that's what i did 3 yrs. back...i resigned, leave qatar and comeback :)

Ask first your company if you can apply sponsorship for your wife. If they allows you, then you can request NOC and Computer paper from your wife's company. If you have all the documents from your side( salary certificate, passport copy, marriage certificate attested by embassy and ministry of foreign affairs) and your wife documents, you can go to immigration and fill up the transfer form and pay QAR100. That is the time they will cancel your wife previous sponsorship. I am also transferring my sponsorship to my husband:))

hi chevy..

kbayan kc kpag nagresign aq, wala pang assurance ung sa husband sponsorship. and then hndi ko po alam kung anu ung dapat unahin before kmi magapply ng husband sponsorship with our own way before ako magask sa mandoob naming dalwa. at ayko naman pong maging jobless. :)

talk to your mandoob first...if your mandoob will not help you...do your question no. 3.

If it's not possible... you must resign first, then leave qatar and come back as family visit visa, then when you are here try to work on your residency...but this procedure will not guarantee you that you'll be a 100% transferred to husband sponsorship in short period of time.
