Which is the best centre to apply for a visit visa for my sisters....

Well for afternoon timings, Wakrah I guess is ideal. Garafa (not Madinath Khalifa) you should go in the mornings only. Afternoon is meant for Companies. Hamad and Rayyan also, I guess you should go in the morning times upto 1 P.M. or so.
