Does anyone know where i could get copy of Qatar Labour Law, showing that the visa and Qatar ID expenses should be shouldered by sponsor and not the employee?

It is there , but in another term or clause not specifically but you will understand what it means , its incorporated already in other issues .

But it is not stated in my contract.. It is not mentioned at all..
It will be stated in your contract as well with some clause to be understood by the 1st party and 2nd party, provided and incase the 2nd party defaults .
