Where can I get a copy of rules on family residence visa & reentry requirement not exceeding 6 mos.

My wife has a residence visa under my sponsorship and is currently in our home country. she needs to come back here in Qatar before the 6 mos period required for residents to reenter Qatar expires but she cannot get her leave application from her company approved unless she presents a copy of this rule.Can anybody please help on where I can get it perhaps through internet government websites or should I go directly to Qatar immigration?
