I'm on business visit visa, and I'm thinking of changing job in Qatar itself.

When an NOC is required:

1. Is when employer applied for work visa & the visa is stamped on my passport?

(OR)

2. Is when employer provides me an RP to me?

Is it possible to stamp work visa (not RP) in my passport without my degree certificates and medical/finger printing?

U R BASIC ARE NOT CORRECT..... HOW U CAME TO QATAR I DONT KNW !!!! WHO GAVE YOU A VISA MAN!!!...

1. NOC is required if you are changing any type of visa and transfering it to a new sponsor.. like if you have visit or business visa, once you find an employer, your original sponsor shall provide you with NOC.

2. Medical and Finger printing is compulsary in getting an RP. Degree certificates are not required in some professions ( labor, helper, etc..)
