In order to enter Qatar she needs a VISA. It can be

a)Visa on arrival ( for certain nationalities),

b)tourist visa or

c) family Visa.

Family Visa (c) for her can be only issued after you get your RP, so at the point of travelling it cannot be done. If your nationality allows you to obtain a visa on arrival (a), she can travel with you and enter Qatar with this type of visa. Otherwise she can apply for the Tourist visa(b).

Now, if by the time of the expiration of her whatever visa your RP will be ready (it depends on your company’s PRO), you then can apply for transferring your wife’s current visa into the Family Visa. For the Family visa your Bank statements with the salary transfer for at least 3 months are required. Depends on your position (higher is better) and your company (stronger is better) sometimes 1-months bank statements is sufficient. So again, if you will have your RP and if 1 months Bank statements will be enough, the family visa for your wife can be issued. Otherwise she will have to leave the country after her whatever visa is expired, and then you will apply for her Family Visa to bring her back in Qatar.

But the typical procedure is:

-You enter Qatar

-Wait for your RP to be issued

-Gather 3 months Bank statements with the salary transfer

-Gather all other necessary documents

-Apply for the Family visa for your wife.
