WHAT STEPS CAN I TAKE IF THE EMPLOYER INFLICT DISCPLINARY PENALTY AGAINST LABOR LAW?
I was suspended from work for unknown period for not signing warning letter which i was not at fault,denied my chance to explain my side of story and slapped with suspension.i think someone can help me on this part 5 of discplinary power of employer article 59 ,3. which state
Suspension from work together with non-payment of the wage for a period not exceeding five days in respect of one violation.
please advice am more than 5 days without work
Well try to talk with the head of your HR DEPARTMENT. If it didn't work, try bringing your side of the story to Highest Position of your company and if you think you need help, GO TO YOUR EMBASSY, they have labor lawyer who is expert on this matter.
