I appeal in written against the penality inflict on me by my employer within seven days but was rejected now i want to appeal to department as per article number 64 paragraph 2
In the event of rejection of an appeal or if it is not decided upon within the above period, the worker may appeal to the Department against the penalty inflicted on him with seven days of the date of rejection.
please advice way forward is it through lawayer or i go personally?
