Dear All,

The Ground of reality is totally diffrent than the expecte answer.I Am facing trouble , I am sure after reading my story ......you will come to know the reality.

I had compleated my five years contract in a Dubai based Indian Company.1st 2.5 yrs in Dubai & Last 2.5 years in State of Qatar. My qatar visa was expiring in last DEC 7 & with the thought of no renwing the contract i had resigned on last Oct 24th. After my resination i got another job with more salary.... I came back to my country on last 19th of Dec. And my new company applied my Business visa ..........It was rejected the immigration need NOC to enter in to the country from my X Employer.......I asked for NOC but the clear answer was NO....NO Way........The new company also tried in all way but noc is required & that is not in my hand..... Recently My wife have applied my tourist visa from a hotel.........But they are also not 100 % sure that i can get visa with out NOC............

Let's Evaluate the status of Qatar Gov.

I hope all of you are very clear

This 6 month ban gossip has been all around since I came here last 2001. I had 3 employers with 1 NOC from them and the other I had served the 2 year ban. I doubt it if the 6 months ban will be pushed through by the Qatar government. Lately, I've heard that the 2 year ban was increased to 5 years. It's just a hearsay though but I might believe they would increase the ban from 2 years to 5 years rather than reducing it to 6 months. I'll take the increase from experience where the driving fines were enormously increased lately and is now in implementation.

Well, I just respect the Qatar government. It's better than none.

Not heard of such news. If it was so, it would have been headlines in Gulf Times.

If thats true, it makes a lot more sense. That 2 year thing is ridiculous.

Let us know what anyone finds out on this.

If this is good than this mean that Qatar will attract more people and companies stop paying low to people and they will pay according t their capabilities.
