What Kind of Papers, do I Need to Submit for my Son's RP Renewal?

Hello Friends,
I want to renew my 19 year old son’s RP this week.
Please advise me on the required papers, I need to take to the office.
Does the school paper needs to be attested from the embassy?
Do I have to go to main immigration office?

Actually, I want to know what kind of papers, does the immigrtion require for a renewal for my child, living and studying outside Qatar.
A letter form school, confirming that He has a legitmate justification for a RP as He has to visit his parents, living in Qatar!
He himslef alongwith his passport!
Parent passports
What else or does that suffices for a renewal?

if he is studying in Qatar then there is no need to attest the papers. If ourside then papers should be attested and also your son should be here to renew the visa.
