what if qatar airways hire you and you are still employed in a company in qatar which is not giving NOC after 2 years.. will qatar airways make a way to hire you? and release you from your current company?
coz i was just thinking that what if my company will not release me? but i am still under probation for 3 months, and i havnt have my finger print yet for my residency.. do you think there is still a chance.. coz my employer now already gave me a 3 months visa to complete my medical and finger print for my residency.. its really my dream to be a cabin crew, I hope my company will release me and dont block my career growth..
Sometimes when they hire somebody and the person is relative to somebody in HR of Qatar Airways they dont follow the rules.they hired me as a temporary person and promised me a permanent job once I complete the tenure.I canceled my trip to India even.Than very next day some of Hr Manager came to know about the vacancy and they interviewed that relative of him.Now that fellow was also working in QR some lower post.His Manager didnt gave him NOC letter to join the other department where I was working on said post.The HR despite of my hard work and honesty didnt considered me and they kept waiting for that guy for 5-6 months.So if u have a realtive in HR of Qatar Airways they will wait for you 1-2 years in easy go...That is the height of favorism in this airlines...
No Qatar Airways don't dont have that authority to release you from your sponsor. Even if you apply for government organization, still you need NOC from your current sponsor. This is the law made by the government, they will not break it.
What do mean by after 2 years?Did u mean u left ur employer before 2 years and now ur hired by Qatar airways?If yes u dont need a NOC if u have already been outside of qatar for 2 years.
