There's no such thing as free Visa... more ... let say if you are caught by the police working on other's outside your visa sponsor will surely goes to sit in jail or be jailed. period more period.

Freelancer Visa is legal and not illegal..but if you will used them for employment, no employer will allow you not under their sponsorship because it is in fact illegal under qatar labour law.
