my wife is working in a company from the past 12 years under their sponsorship .

my kids r under my sponsorship.

now we have got the family visa .

but wife ,s sponsor is not giving n.o.c .

can i go to the labour department for this?

bcoz now my wife will come on family visa not on work visa..

so will the laboure department help me ?

pls advise and help me in right directions .
