Hi! My friend (who doesnt have QL account) would like to ask on what she has to do on this situation:

Her marriage was just recently anulled and she is about to renew her passport. This time, she will no longer use her ex husband's surname, but her maiden name instead. However, her US visa is stamped on her old passport bearing her husband's surname.

Will there be any problem if she travels to US even if she'll bring both passports and other documents supporting that she changed her name? Should she ask US embassy to stamp the visa on her new passport with her new name?
