I am an expatriate holding a position of Admin Director in a company and on PR Card and plan to shift job of which I am sure may not receive an NOC from that company therefore please suggest the best way for switching to a nother job.
a. Can I look for a job eventhough aware that will not be able to get an NOC.
b. Can I exit and returm?
c. Do I need a exit permit from my sponsorer.
d. On what condition the sponsorer can provide NOC?
Urgent response with precise guidance would be appreciated.
Previous reply is right.
You have some chance to change Sponsorship if your previous employer hasn't paid you for months!
Otherwise no. Sponsor has faced this so many times b4 u. He has paid for you to come here, set u up all costing money. No wonder he is not inclined to give you an NOC to work with a competitor, with your knowledge of his company? He may also lose his abilty to hire a replacement if visa is tranferred as visas are limited.
If your job is sufficiently importsnt someone msy hire you to come on a visit or business visa meaning you are a visitor, no ID availabe, multiple problems ensue, including
leaving every 30 days.
a. Can I look for a job eventhough aware that will not be able to get an NOC.
- You can but you cannot transfer just the same without a NOC.
b. Can I exit and returm?
- Yes, but as of now either you have a NOC or wait for two years.
c. Do I need a exit permit from my sponsorer.
- Yes.
d. On what condition the sponsorer can provide NOC?
- It is actually the prerogative of the sponsor. This means that there are no conditions, only if he is willing to give NOC out of the goodness of his heart.
