My wife recently joined one of the reputed indian schools in Doha as a 'Teacher'. All seems to be good except their employment contract, which seems to be very vague and ambigous.
As per them, she has to sign a 02 years contract with them with no clause for resignation. If she leaves in between then she has to pay them the remaining months of salaries.

Can someone advise me whats the best course of action?

the offer is absurd...negotiate and get it like 1 month notice period or someting...
