What are the Visit Visa rules?
Hi everybody,
I would appreciate if anyone could please answer the following questions/
1. If a person is here on a visit visa and it was extended for two more months and the person has stayed here for almost 3 months altogether. If he wants to leave the country does he need an exit papers from his sponsor, but he is on visit visa only.
2. Is it possible to get extension in the visit visa for 15 more days after three months staying here.
3. If the sponsor doesn't allow a person to leave what are his rights and where can he complain? Will it work even if the sponsor is holding a high position in the concerned department.

You can get the visa extended for 6months in total from the arrival date here in doha.
if its a visit visa it can be extended for a maximum period of 6months and if its a business visa its validity is only for 3months then a exit is compulsary for next arrival. you are not supposed to work for a a firm on a visit visa. for any labour court voilation you can go to labour court...but if ur on a visit and complaining then your inviting problems for urself...regards
