what are the requirements to provide for the philippine immigration..thanks
btw, you don't need red ribbon certificates, NSO certificates are accepted.
Also, tell your Sister to bring the Original Birth Certificate (NSO) of the Child when applying.
Just did the same thing a month ago.
Goodluck...
You will need the following:
1. "Parental Travel Permit, and DSWD Travel Permit" this is the Title of the form (1-Page Form). Notarized Phil Embassy (Get your Form from Phil Embassy or check Filipino Expat Group, they have the form uploaded).
To be attached with this form: photocopy of Father & Mother Passports.
Fee: QAR100.00 per page (i only applied for 1-copy)
2. Send the Original Copy of Notarized Parental Travel Permit, and DSWD Travel Permit to the Guardian.
3. Check this link: www.dswd.gov.ph/index.php/faq/1886-travel-clearance-for-minors-
This will be the part that your half-sister will do in the Phils. Part B. to be exact.
Also, check the requirements: "All Photocopy" except for the "Parental Travel Permit, and DSWD Travel Permit" and "Application Form"
To make sure, bring the Original Birth Certificate of your Kid.
This is what we did a month ago.
Goodluck.
You need a Travel Clearance For Minors issued by DSWD, which requires a written consent from BOTH parents, NSO birth certificate of the child, marriage certificate of parents, passport of travelling companion, passport of the child, passport size photo of the child, an application form (can be downloaded from DSWD website and a fee.
I guess aside from her visa and return tickets, you need Affidavit of Support attested by Philippine Embassy in Doha and you need to get legal papers from DSWD since the child is traveling with a relative.
