I have just moved from London to Doha with my husband and have a spouse visa status. I had incorporated a company in London beginning of this year. I would like to know the laws as regards 'marketing' and 'selling' of my services in Qatar. Can I freely write to companies here about my services?

I would say that counts as working in Qatar and as such you would require a labour card, which means you need to either be employed by a company here or set up your own and have a Qatari Business partner.
