What are the labor laws for employees tranfering to another job in the absence of NOC or release?

I would like to know if I'm allowed to return here in Qatar for a job after resigning from my current company which i have worked for four years.

Work contract is only for two years and has been extended. Is it valid to return here in Qatar for a job without NOC/ release? For sure my current beloved employer will not give me a release or NOC

Since you are already out of Qatar, you would have to wait out the 2-year ban before you can be eligible for employment again.
