What are the grounds for termination of an employee leading to cancellation of visa?
Hi everyone, I have been employed in my company 6 months ago but I have been under there sponsorhip 3 months after my service. My boss informed me before that he like me considering he has a wife with 3 kids. I am not allowed to be seen with other guys because of this and whenever he did he will be so harsh at me, now he is threatening me and small mistakes I will do he will block mail me by telling he will give me written warning for that and eventually cancell my visa. If people will find mistakes at you, for sure they will for human are not perfect. My question, If incase he give me a written warning for something i did wrong and planned to cancel will I be deported right away and will not have a time to attest myself? and what are the cases he can give me written warning? or worste cancell my visa?
I will really appreaciate any helpful reply on this matter.

As per Qatari Labor law you should be given a notice of two months before being terminated. But before termination your boss needs to give you three written warnings. Read your company's HR policy. These things should be mentioned there.
Secondly, i find you only responsible for putting you into this tricky situation. Will suggest that do what you are employed for. Do not take your boss too seriously. And if you are good at what you do nobody can take away your worth...not even your boss.

Seems indecent proposal and you allow it to happen...Yes you will be deported if he cancel your visa...that's what you ripped…faced the consequences….i advise you to stop this and go back home or it will be a never ending threatening....even if you have evidence and bring this to court...you will lose..they will simply tell you that you arê a prostitute...anyway you're not alone…i've been more than 7 years in the middle east and countless Filipinas are the same situation as yours...I only don't understand why???...

article 51 no. 2 for the physical assault and immorality and article 61 for the grounds of dismissal.

You have strange story ???? but ...
by law he can give you a writen worning letter for one month ( paid month ) and to start for your visa cancelation and thereafter to deport you .
But , you can go to the labout court if you have strong evedance support your story .
