I am an Engineer(mentioned in RP) and i am staying in Qatar for more than 6 months with RP.My passport is valid for more than 6 months. But my RP validity will be only for 5 months and 16 days (from the date of planned arrival in dubai).

Please anybody confirm this wont be an issue in getting On Arrival Visa.. Also let me know whether any NOC is still required for getting On Arrival Visa..

Other than Passport and the filled form they might ask your Qatar ID to verify your profession.

On arrival UAE visa RP validity should be more than 6 months and visa should be of any profession approved by immigration. Fill a form pay 105 DHS you get visa valid for 30 days.
