Want to know the fact regarding newly born infant arrival from india?

Just wanted to know what is the fact regarding new born infant arrivals.I searched the net and came to know withing 3 months you can enter back in qatar. I am having permanent Residence permit and wife also but wanted to know what is the deadline for return if you are having newborn in india.Some say 60 days, on the net its shows within 3 months. So confused.Anyone on QL knowing the correct information?

Well to be more clear. I would be leaving to india for bringing my wife and newly born back to Qatar.So i hope it would not be a issue for not more than 3 months.

within 90days might be arrived in Qatar. pls note that some months having 31days so just calculate it.

Well, your query is not clear to me. But let me see if this helps you.

Any one who exists country has to return back within 6months from the date of exit. If you have a new born and if you dont have a visa, then apply for family resident visit with emigration here and send it back to your home country.

The kid and the mother have to return before your wife's visa expires (6 months period). Also, make sure the VISA does not expire during this 6 months, if you are out of the country and if your visa expires, you wont be able to enter again.

If the mother got a valid RP.... you can bring your new born baby within 3 months from the date of birth without a separate Visa. You should show the birth certificate and have a separate Passport for the baby.
