WANT TO CANCEL MY UAE VISA

I am born and brought up in Dubai.I was transferred to employment visa of my fathers company when I was only 19!!Due to financial debts we all had to come back last year.My father had no way pay the debts and so he went into deep depression. My employment visa was not cancelled while in a hurry to move back to the home country. Last month the company was closed and all visas were cancelled by my sponsor after the expiry but my visa was not cancelled from my passport though cancelled over there. Now I would like to go for work back in Dubai as there are some job offers.

I would like to know whether I would be able to apply for another employment visa. I also would like to know whether my fathers bank debts can affect my applying for visa and would I have any legal problems when applying or in UAE.

PLEASE HELP ME BECAUSE MY FAMILY IS IN A VERY BAD FINANCIAL CRISIS...!!!

1- No your father's debts shall not affect your entering in Dubai.

2- you can enter in Dubai on a visit visa and then go to immigration to get a cancelled stamp on old visa on your passport, and then convert it into employment visa.

3- other option is send your passport through a trustworthy person to who can cancel your visa with the help of your old sponsor ( which is difficult)

I think option-1 is convenient.

Dude... ask a favor from your friends in UAE to go to immigration office regarding your enquries. since Qatar and UAE has a different visa and immigration policies. And, no they will not held you liable for your fathers debt. Best of luck
