Visit Visa for Wife and Children
Hi everyone...
I have been here in Qatar for almost 1 months. I already have an RP sponsored by the company employed me. As per the company policies, I will only be eligible to bring my family here after 3 months probation period. The company will assist me for familiy visa processing for my wife and my daughter.
My question is, can I apply a visit visa for my wife and my daughter so that I can bring them here without having to wait for my 3 months probation period completed? What are the procedures and documents needed? Where to go? I will then converted their visa into family visa soon after the probation is completed. I hope I'm making you guys clear, because I'm dazzled with all this visa things...

for visit visa to both of them.. yes u may apply them anytime...
but for family visa... i guess you cannot, not until you will became eligible for the jobpost u have now. As u had told, your company has this policy....

in short, i hate to say this by you cannot. Even if you'll try your own, still you will be refuse of your application from the immigration. One requisite are: at least you can have to present a salary certificate not less than QAR5ooo.00 to qualify.
However, u can! That is unless, your employer will grant you of all the requirements to qualify for the requisites the immigration is asking while you're still on your probationary period of duty...
So better wait for your probe period until ull be granted of such requirements. For the meantime, be the best in your chosen job dude.

yes u can once u have got your RP. You will need to go the immgration submit the application. Guess now u could also do it on line .. check moi.gov.qa. As for the documents, salary certificate, releation ship document would be sufficent
