Visit Visa And RP

As far as i know once a person who has a visit visa and then he exits this country then he cannot come back before six months.
I would like to know if after exiting this country, father applies for RP so can he come back immediately or still he needs to wait for six months to come back to this country.
I thought you are talking about yourself. I did overlook something. You are telling about him that means a male. He cannot come under father's sponsorship. He should have a Sponsor or can come back on family visit after 3 months of exit date.
If you are married and your spouse name is in your Passport then your father will not be able to sponsor you.
If you were on visit visa you can come back on another visit visa after 3 months and you can come at any time if you are planning to come on Family visa (RP).
First Visit Visa is different and RP visa is different.
Ban Apply for RP visa holder only not visit visa. If you have NOC you can come back immediately otherwise you will have to wait for 2 years. Only if you hold RP visa on your passport.
