Ok, since the answers received are not useful for you, why not you are trying to approach the emigration dept personally to clarify all your doubts rather than waiting again in QL for some more answers???

I think i forgot to emphasize "after an year" outside doha.

* Also note that already extended by paying 500 qr for 6 months. (so 6months + prev 6 months = total 1 year)

* will immigration extend for another month ?

or else will they give visit visa (before her RP expiry,i.e mid of july)

Check with ur PRO or with the immigration authorities..

All expatriates who leaves DOHA for any reason(not in case when he/she resigns and leaving the country for gud)should return before 6 month from the date of departure..Incase if thats become impossible, one has pay QR 500 to extend it for another 6 months(i guess)but should try to return before RP expires...RP will get cancelled atuomatically when one fails to return before its expiry period...

thanks for the reply - i think Airport immigration will not extend after a year.

any other suggestions

Go to Airport immigration, pay penalty and get it renewed in absence,when she come here produce that paper and get new RP done later
