is there any way to get Visit visa for parents above 65 Years of age.Also if they come here on visit visa, is it possible for them to go to Saudi Arabia and come back here .

Yes you can go to Captin in Imigration office if he approved that then only you can get visa and once u get visa then no problem u can take them to KSA as well
It is possible, but u need to meet the Officer in charge at Immigration Department and explain the necessity (u should be convincingly)if he is convinced he will approve ur application.
If u got the visa, and after ur parents come to Qatar, then u can apply for Saudi Omra Visa, it is as follow:
1) make the medical check for ur parents in order to extend their visit visa.
2) Apply to immigration for the above extension.
3) Apply to immigration to abtain exit and return permission.
4) Apply for Omra through any agency (Omra Offices).
