Visit visa for mother
I got visa for my wife & son who are coming next week.As my son is just 2 months old, I want to bring my mother or mother in law along with my wife. Can I get 6 months visit visa without RP stampage of wife. Or can i get tourist visa. whats the duration of stay & s it extentable??
first of all to apply for a permanent visa for your mother or mother in law the RP should be stamped for your spouse. Then it depends on the Age of your mother or mother in law which should be below 60 years. You need some vastha and luck if they are above 60. You can apply now for a visit visa extendable up to 6 months but here also age will be an issue.
Lot depends on your mother's age. There is no problem in getting visit visa which can be extendable to 6 months later, if she is below 60. Above 60, processing gets little difficult.
