Visit Visa application rejected, Can any one help me?

I want to bring my wife here 4 visit visa but they rejected my application twice even i showed my bank statement with new salary. the reason they telling me "renew your contract". my contract salary is 3200 Qr but in company letter my salary showed 4300 Qr. Is there any salary requirement for Visit visa? can anyone tell me any solution without renew my contract?

Well, every company offers upgrades and promotions after a matter of time. Your letter should certainly mention something like this is your new revised salary. Try again and go to a person who has sense to understand this aspect.
