The requirements shall be as follows:
1) Printed format to be filled in for applying Family Visit.
2) NOC to Immigration (Also, this letter should include your position and salary details)
3) Marriage Certificate (to be attested by concerned Embassy as well as to be certified by Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
4) Your wife's PP copies (including last page where spouse name will be displayed and should tally with your name in your Passport)
After obtaining all those documents either you can apply directly at the Immigration Dept.or through any Mandoop.

yes friend.you can but you need to get the salary letter for qr.7000.for this purpose.can call mr.ahmad at 5598061.he is doing assisting for visit visa services .may be he can help.all the best.
