I have a tourist / visit visa for 1 month for my family to visit Qatar. Can someone tell me how the dates are calculated for this 1 month. They are coming in March and I need to book the tickets based on that.
the relative has 30 days from the time he/she enters Qatar to exit. However, after the first month, the relative can go to medical testing and apply for monthly extensions up to six months. I think the fee is 200 QR per additional month.
I am not sure but I think that the visa is good for either 1 or 3 months...meaning your relative has that much time before they must enter Qatar. Again, after the relative enters, the visa is good for 30 days from that day of entry unless extended.

You are allowed to remain in qatar only for thirty days from the date of arrival, without fine.
If you exceed thirty days then they charge the fine QR200/day.
Hope it helps you !
