My mum intends to visit me in Qatar in November. Can someone please tell me if there are any restrictions on her entry to Qatar as she is 70 years old. She is only coming for 2 weeks. I know that for Malaysian passport holders, visa is issued upon entry. I am not looking to get her a RP card but merely a visit visa. My wife called up the Qatar Embassy in Kuala Lumpur and according to the person there, it should not be a problem for my mum to get a visit visa upon arrival.I need a confirmation as I want to avoid any unforseen circumstances.......Please help......

hey there,

i dont think there is a age restriction on those who are entitled for on arrival visa for vist purpose to doha.but there is a visa fee on arrival about 100qar and only credit card accepted. and if you think she may not be able to handle on her own at air port just request for a almaha service through qatar airways they will arrange it for you.
