Is a marriage certificate required for visit visa to sponser wife?
and what if not attested from embassy of india?
and marriage certificate issued from municipal ward councelar not from registrar.
pls help with advice.

Yes, the marriage or educational certificate should be attested from the respective embassy..

In case you haven't done any attestation from INDIA, there is one agency here - UROGULF ATTESTATION SERVICE that does all attestation works..

Marriage Certificate should be attested by Qatar Embassy in India. You may get this done thru any agency there which is easy. Marriage Certificate issued by Municipality is OK - not by Councillor. should be an authorized person or registrar or Corporation. Later signed by notary public etc etc.........
