I am based in india, my brother-in law holds a resident permit in qatar and stays in doha with his family, can he get me visit visa by his own as a blood relation. If he can what is the validity of visa. I am planning to visit Doha and willing to search job over there. Please advice and give more information on that. If not, what is the way i have to get a visit visa to come there to search a job.
