hi all,
i am under family visa(dad's sponsorship), now i have got a job.but my visa is expiring next month. just heard dat visa should have validity of 3 months prior to its expiration while transferring your visa..Can any1 tell me if its true

no that's not true. your dad only has to issue NOC. your employer, provided that they have a ready visa for you, can apply for your working visa right away.
