VISA VALIDITY

Last week, I was scheduled in July 22 for finger print for my RP, but my company terminated me last July 17 without prior notice. Now that I am looking for job, they said that I only have 3 weeks to find another job before I pay penalty, I check my visa status online and it says that it's until september before it expire.

My Questions is, do I really need to pay penalty when I exceed 3 weeks even though my visa is until september?

P.S. My company told me that they need to cancel my finger print sched asap, also they will give me NOC.

So they are right that i need to pay penalty if i exceeds the 3 week period? if that is the case, probably, how much will i pay for each day i exceed?

Your company is giving you only 3 weeks because after 3 weeks, they will cancel your visa even though your visa expiration is September, but if your company cancel it, your visa expiration will be the date when they cancel it.

Thank you for that information. I guess they are just harassing me or they are just trying to turn me down, anyway I'll just try my best to get a job as soon as possible. thanks!

If any one came to Doha, 3 months will get as probation period to finish all the requirements to make ID. In that period, if the company terminate employee with out any reason,he can give the complaint against the company. if you get the job and they give N O C to change the sponsorship, they have no right to take action against you. And you must do medical again and finger printing too.The P R O of that company will clear your finger from that department in 10 minutes. Any how, Best of luck....
