I applied for a tourist visa for my husband at a hotel on the 15th of Jan. After 6 working days I still haven't received it. When I asked the hotel, they said its rejected. When by chance I checked it today on MOI website it STILL says under process. what is going on?
hi, with regards to ur concern, VISA/APPLICATION UNDER PROCESS doesnt necessarily means Rejection. Normally the Visit Visa Application takes 3 working days and the status changes into Visa Ready for Printing. However in your case, since it was rejected earlier, therefore kindly wait for another 2 working days, if the status doesnt change then take all the necessary documents and copy of application to Madinat Khalifa Immigration Dept Building # 4 (First Floor) and ask some one to look into your application. Most likely you will be given certain date to appear before the committee for a short interview in this case.
