well i am from bangladesh..i am finding it extremely difficult to get tourist visa of qatar. At first i contacted the qatar consulate here in bangladesh but they said that they cant help with the tourist visa and advised me to contact DOHA..

So i tried to contact a hotel in doha named "REGENCY"...and here is their reply...

"Thanks for your email but we regret to inform you that we may not be able to process visa request for the Immigration Departments temporarily suspended visa application for some nationalities & that includes Bangladesh Nationals.

Please bear with us for we are just following rules & regulations."

So now wht? hey guys i am badly in need of a tourist visa.my GF is working there in doha and i just want to visit her for a single day..i wonder whether there is a way..:(

Any help regarding this will be really appreciated...

i would prefer to meet somewhere else into some island with my couple for holiday...better than meeting my lover at Doha..hihihihi..at least if u like sand dune and corniche

Well sorry to hear that...Hashmi were right, why dont u try dubai? very close from here..she can fly there..more places too to visit! goodluck

I just confirmed , no way till policy change. Try to meet with your GF in Dubai: extremely strict immigration rule here. 25% possibilty if any Qatari sponser you for job, thats very hard so enjoy in Bangladesh
