Visa stuff, please answer.

Hello everyone, I'm Joseph. I'm very anxious about my visa situation, here's the story:
My working visa has been renewed last june,09 (expires in 2010). after a week I got another job, my sponsor provided an NOC and processed everything in the ministry (whichever,i'm not certain) to release under their sponsorship to new the company. the new company asked for a police clearance and they will give me visa.but the problem is, i'm expecting to get it this december, which means i'm 6 months delayed. The first company said that i dont have a visa anymore because they already gave an NOC, im so confused because i still have my ID that says i'm under them.
Will i be penalized because of this? if so, how much is the fine?

See the expiry date of your Qatar ID.
Since your sponsorship has not yet been
changed under the new Company, you are still
holding a valid visa under the old company.
They have given u everything to change ur
sponsorship but they did not cancell your visa.
So, you can get your police clearance certificate
before your Qatar ID expires and get your sponsorship
changed to your new Company provided that you are
having all the documents signed by your old sponsor and new sponsor for changing ur sponsorship. Hope this will help you. PM me if you want to know anything more.
