Visa Sponsorship change help please?
I am this first time to doha. I dont have much knowledge about visa & sponsorships. I came to doha by a 3 month work visa. The profession in visa was Manager. But actually I am a CAD operator. I came to find a job in CAD field and change the visa to that company.
At last, I could find a job in my related field (CAD DRAFTSMAN). But the problem is I gave my NOC and passport to the company. They have changed my visa sponsorship to them. But they did not give me any agreement. I was asking for agreement and he was saying "yes, we are preaparing." I was thinking that before the sponsorship is changed the agreement is must for the imigration. After changing the sponsorship only, i know that they can change the sponsorship without agreement.
Now I am afraiad whether will he provide me a labor agreement.
I have some question.. please any one try to answer me
* Can my boss own my sponsorship without any agreement?
* I dint go for mediacal & finger yet, Does he need agreement before this? or is this important for those?
* After changing this sponsorship, suppose if i am not like to work with him what can I do?
* Is he able to change the Profession wich is already in my previouse visa?

according to my friend who just had a new sponsor but she hasn't done medical and finger printing as yet after she found out that her present sponsor is not willing to give her an NOC at the end of her 5 years contract, she was advised to withdraw her present sponsor and go home and come back with another sponsor who is willing to give her an NOC.
* After changing this sponsorship, suppose if i am not like to work with him what can I do?
You can't do anything after all this processing is done but to work with him, otherwise he can have you deported.

Not sure about this one.

From what I understood after reading your excruciatingly poor English, the answer is:
The SPONSOR OWNS YOU! However, since you haven't taken the fingerprints thing and the medical exam, then almost certainly they are still processing your documents. My advice is that you sweet talk one of the PR people at your company so he would tell you what's your status. Remember that once you are issued a residency permit by that company, you have to stay with them for at least a year before you can move somewhere else, IF THEY let YOU... The profession is usually unchangeable, so if you arrived here as a manager and ended up working as a garbage man, it stays as manager on your ID card...
