dear first i will say not to come in middle east untill u do not get a very good job with handsome salary, because except the money and even with money u can not enjoy ur life, u will destroy ur adultiry as long as u r here.
so if once u get only good job then come here
You come to Qatar in visiting visa & search job...then you can transfer into your company's visa after getting the Job....It works well...
Its better if you can get working visa first then you search for ajob which will be later easy for you to change sponsorship.
It is not advisable to search for job after coming to Qatar. Rather, try to get a work visa and then come to Qatar.
