i have family visa, that visa only 2year, after two years i want reapply, i need sum information,this time how much minimum salary , and how many months bank statement need.

Mr. Anilprincy is right, now family visa first time they apporve for two years only, after that you have to resubmit again as new applicant they they may apporve for another 2 years or 5 years, (you have to go through all the procedure as you applied first time) salary limit is 7,000 Qr. but as they are existing visa holder in Qatar, not complusory for this salary requirement, their visa will approve. dont worry.
You already have a family visa right? Then no need to apply for a visa after 2 years. You have to renew it. For that the documents submitted for current visa is enough.
NO need to reapply, your company needto give further approval and rest will follow once u have RP no problem
