its been one and a half months that i am in Qatar on Work Visa (project manager). I am been offered better by another company in Qatar and would like to take the opportunity with a transfering thw Visa. My Medical and Finger printing is completed but the RP is not yet stamped in the passport.
Please guide me if i can transfer my visa before the RP is stamped in passport?
Is it possible that i be in RP and work on Secondment/borrow?
Is it possble that i exit visa with current company and come in new companies visa? would i have an entry ban to qatar

ACCORDING TO MY KNOWLEDGE. IF U HAVE SIGHNED THE CONTRACT FINISHED. ALSO U KEPT UR FINGER PRINT ALSO . NOW NO ESCAPES U HAVE TO WORK IN OLD COMPANY OR U HAVE TO GET A RELESE FROM THEM. OTHER WISE GO OUT AND COME AFTER 2 YEARS.
