i was reading online about requirements for a visa and i wanted to go to Qatar with my friend but he has got a criminal record but there 6 and 7 years old i don't even know if there still on record would he be allowed to have a visa ? . there for small petty crimes when he was young and stupid but hes alot older and respectful now

work i suppose we plan on saving money here and finish my business and English degrees and then move to Qatar i'm from Ireland , western Europe
