Can someone advise me , if i leave my present job and cancel my RP , for how many years can i not get another RP in Qatar .

Can i keep coming back on visit visa still and exiting i short durations of 1 week and reside in UAE With a UAE pattaka / work permit ?

If you quit your job and left qatar then you cannot join any company in Qatar for a period of 2 years. However if the company you left gives you an NOC then this 2 years limit does not apply. You can come on a visit/Business visa at any time but not take up job.
